At first I did just that by changing $500 for $45 rebate plus a F & B voucher. Later, i found out that every 3k i roll, i am entitle to order either food or drinks that not given out FOC, like orange juice !

By the way, yesterday last minute decision to go L W with the 4.20pm ferry made me 5K richer

Sometimes, i find hopping around the roulette tables seem to be a better choice rather than stick to a particular table to play

Are you refering to LW ... If yes, they have change this policy already. Now, it's 3k can order Food/fruits/drink liao. As for the rolling commissions, also collect after you close the account.

Yesterday in longjie, I played roulette too, I cover 34 numbers and won 17 times straight in a row and then I stop playing. First you must be a member of Leisure world to enjoy those privileges I mentioned. When you mentioned "open a rolling account", you are referring to the house rolling counter inside the casino, but I am referring to the ship's reception counter whereby they refund you the ferry money of $40, in this same counter, as a member if you pass them $500, they will pass you $40 cash (ferry refund) + $500 chips + $5 cash (1% of $500) + 1 f&b voucher.

In roulette, When I bet 34 numbers, I bet $2 each number so all in I place 34 numbers = $68, so for every round, I can win only $4 but if I lose I lose $68, so for every 17 rounds I played, I can only afford to lose once to equalise.
This is not a gurantee win method however to win 17 times continuously is quite common. In the above method, I cover zero all the time.

Another method to play is to put in such a way that big or small also you win :-
(i) 2 chips in 3rd-12 and 3 chips in small, or
(ii) to put 2 chips in 1st 12 and 3 chips in big.

In my opinion, the house have more advantage in blackjack, thats why most gamblers choose to gamble in baccarat or roulette.

What I meant is to put 2 chips on the 3rd twelve (24 to 36) and 3 chips in small ( 1 to 18), or

If you have not started gambling, the best is dont start.
