HK I know it well....

If for family, Caritas Bianchi Lodge Hotel at Yau Ma Tei is great for the price. Only issue is not guest friendly because it is part of a Catholic Church. Location is 2 min walk to Yau MT MTR station. it even has room for 1 single guest, cheaper option if u travel alone....

If not for family, Inn Hotel at Mong Kok is great for location and price. 1 min to MK MTR. Lots of FLs at night walking here and there....food options plenty....only issue is sound insulation poor, many FLs bonking can be heard....when i hear them, i cannot resist but to PCC

If staying in HK, it is worth checking out the Guangdong Wharney hotel. It is nice and cheap (3 star) but the location is top notch. It is right in the centre of WanChai

Mongkok is very safe....am staying there currently....though activity is much less....many shops still closed (maybe LNY) and FL PRCs less....saw a few gems...i just follow them behind and later go hotel pcc.....

Need to be able to speak Canto if want to visit a typical HK Sauna (to avoid foreigner premium).

There are a cluster of them just around the Langham Place (now called Cordis).
I frequent JASPER Sauna. HKD680 all in. MLs are MILFs and avg 6/10.
Go recce at night and you can see the neon signs advert of saunas.
