These 2 months the current trend of Tiger Airways is they usually give out the good deals at the last minute. Probably the take up rate is not high for certain routes and especially during this period. The HCMC route has very good bargains lately. Currently at S$180+ for return trip. SIN/SZX return trip S$330+. Downside is the late arrival and departure timings.

u never know when it's going to go up or come down ... selling price depends on demand and supply ... when the going rate is low ... these airlines will start promoting cheap tickets ... but u never know when or will it happen or not .... if we r looking for cheap offers, it might come and yet it might not happen ... thus i always believe as long as it's a affordable price, it's a good deal ... airport tax have gone up tremonously ... i remember it was abt $149 to macau and have now shot up to $200 ... i dun like taking tiger airways ... the staff is less friendly and they treat the passengers impolitely ... they have the mentality that budget airline passengers r cheapo thus do not have to treat them nice ... and tiger is also well known for delays and cancel flights .... though we cannot discount that these will not happen to jetstar but tiger have the highest rate ... and tiger is using budget terminal to save cost but i cannot see any savings for the passengers ... thus the savings is profit to the airline and not beneficial to passengers ... and pray that the weather is good when u r boarding the plane at budget terminal else u'll be soaking wet ... i will avoid taking tiger at all cost unless there's no other alternative ...
