Hi bros, i will be going to HCM for the first time and was thinking if i should change money in sg or when i am in HCM. I heard that the exchange rate in vietnam is better. If so, any advice on where to change? Thank you!

On boxing day my friends were in town and managed to change
16940 for SGD 1k 16900 for small notes. Today I check online and noticed may get 17000. Anyone can confirm?

Hi bros, first time going HCM. Is the exchange rate at their airport good enough? or are there particular money changer i should go to to change money. and also, should i exchange some spare dong before going just in case?
