Yup was pleasantly surprised by a call back on Friday when she cancelled twice at the 12th hour last week..... But she's the gold standard and she doles out her time and slots sparingly.

Shady places that keep you on high alert, I rather avoid. Once you sense the environment not so right better not purge into it.
