Just a suggestion, have you tried online dating sites? If you are looking for a serious relationship I imagine you would want to connect with someone with whom you have some things in common (other than you are a LB and we like LBs). Online dating is good for that. I've seen the occasional LB on some of these sites posting profiles under women seeking men. I'm sure there are men on there like myself who like both LBs and GGs.
As for finding someone here, I think you should consider that some of us are not willing to give up the anonymous nature of our monikers. I think many are willing, but some, like myself, are not, for various reasons. I'm over 40 anyway (though I am young in body, mind and spirit). Otherwise I fit your criteria, except that I don't own property or a car.
It's just a suggestion, because you present yourself well and your criteria are reasonable. You might have more success than you think dating online.
As for me, I like LBs once in a while but gravitate more toward GGs. If however I met a LB who I really felt a connection with I would date her and could probably fall in love. I'm sure you realize that it's more complicated for most of us to have a serious relationship with a LB. Only a couple of my closest friends (who happen to be gay men) know that I like LBs. Being in a serious relationship with a LB would mean eventually "coming out" to friends, family, and co-workers (even if you are very passable, it's a hard secret to keep for long.) Coming out as a LB lover is not a small thing for most straight identified guys. So for me to consider a serious relationship with a LB there would have to be a connection that is more than sexual. Online dating sites by their very nature can help make that determination.
Anyway, I wish you the best. Finding love is not an easy thing.

I hear you, Hyosoon. I'm in my late 30's and have reached a point where I consider relationships for the long term only, no more flings. I've considered being in a relationship with a sister but then, things get complicated when it comes to expectations of family and friends. Also I've had gfs who are only out for who has the money so I'm sensitive against those who seem to be materialistic. So now I've pretty much adopted a see what comes attitude, no pressure.

Curious, when you did online dating did you say that you are a ladyboy in your profile or did you wait to meet people in person before telling? It sounds like you did the latter, which I could see leading to some awkward situations. I think it's fine to date someone you meet in a club or wherever and not tell them that you are a ladyboy until after a couple of dates. But for online dating it may be best to put it in your profile. Or at least confess before meeting. As I said before, I see ladyboys online occasionally. So far none of them have seemed a good match for me but if I came across the right one I would date her.
