I am not sure why giving my taughts to bro spown04 attracts so many unecessary statements, you can call whoever whatever names you want in this forum, but since Bro Spown04 is going to marry his Japanese gf, i taught it would be good not to use the word Japs any more to mention her gf.

1. Income Tax Returns for past 3 years
2. CPF Contribution for past 15 months
3. Her travel documents
4. Both yours and hers educational qualifications
5. Letter of employer from u, stating your salary, broken down into basic, gross, allowances and overtime and duration of employment.
6. Her birth cert
7. Her family details, esp parents
8. Household census (where applicable) Japan dunno kena or not?
9. Luck that the ICA guy is not nasty

My wife is PRC. So gonna add 1 or 2 more items ...
Translated docs : School certs, BC and all... best place to get this done is Sub Courts.
And just in case the birth date started on her certs or BC follow the lunar calendar, go to the internet and print out the conversion date in solar calendar. ICA will accept... I know coz that was what I did

i would like to ask, after solemnization, is it to apply PR or long term social visit pass? Provided husband is Sing & Wife is foriegner?

Also how long to apply PR after apply the long term social visit pass?
