Thanks for all the bros that PM'ed me. Managed to meet up 2 Bros from SBF who are also travelling solo there. Below is just sharing of my experience.

Day 1
Reached HCMC airport evening. Quickly took a cab and check into a gal frenly hotel in district 1. Used Wechat and hook up a decent local gal. She called and we arranged to meet at my hotel lobby to go to LUSH club together. The club is great. We ordered a bottle of vodka with red bull mixers. She was joined by another decent gal fren. Well they are decent gals so I did not have intention to "up" them. In between, treated another 2 gals some of my vodka, and managed to get 1 of her number. I saw her 1 month ago in Apocalypse Now. She is also decent gal, who like to club type. All in, damage is 3M Dong for the vodka, tidbits, tips (many people to tip!) and mixers. My gal frens then brought me to supper (which I have got no idea where) and they send me to hotel in a cab before going back home themselves.

Its 2 a.m. and feeling a bit high, I did not go back hotel. Instead went to Apocalypse Now and got a LT. Open 200 USD, neg to 150 USD. She was a looker with C-cupper (fake) boobs. Released her 8 am the next day so I can catch some more sleep

Day 2
Meet up Bro#1 in a cafe. We chatted and then decided to share a cab and visit the well-known Benny NY hot toc. Its still under renovation but it is definitely operational. Prices has gone up slightly and pay upfront to enjoy the service. Was brought to saloon like room with chairs to rest. Then brought to a corner room with curtains where the fun begins. She will pull up her shirt and let you play with her tits, while giving you a bbbj. Overall skill not bad, but you can't choose the gals, so it depends on your luck.

Went back to Ben Thanh market to change money with one of the gold smith shop. Then I part ways with Bro#1 and went back hotel to shower (its hot). By now, Bro#2 has arrived in HCMC and I asked him to meet me. Together, we met the 2 decent gals @LUSH with another gal fren for lunch. We ate korean bbq lunch. Then we went highland coffee. The gals suggested watching a movie which we obliged. By then one of the gal has left, so we are 2 guy 2 gal. I sat with 1 of the gal (who do not speak much english) but we were "affectionately" watching the movie together. Well I basically put my arms round her and the other hand holding her hands throughout the movie. I missed such GFE! After movie, my gal has to work and we parted.

I contacted the gal I meet @LUSH yesterday, and she is actually ok to meet up together with another of her gal fren. We went to the backpackers area and have beer. After chatting, we went to Apocalypse Now at around 10+ pm. We ordered a bottle of Sambuca [An italian liqueur. It is as strong as vodka or whisky (37.5%) but is easier to drink due to its sweetness which masks the taste of the alcohol].

We danced all night. Bro#2 also joined us slightly later. Basically we are all very high after the drinks. I scouted around for the FLs and make small chit chats here and there. I'm already eyeing some good ones after we are done clubbing. Bro#2 is not too keen on my gal frens and went on his own way.

Turn out I do not need the FLs. The pair of gals and I got into a cab and we went to my hotel. Well, even though my hotel is gal frenly, they still do NOT allow 2 gals to go with me to my room. I even tried to bribe them, but they still say cannot. Then I said, "one more room" ? And they actually said OK ! So paid US$40 for another room.

So the 3 of us went to my room, and the rest is history. We basically had a threesome and I really cannot believe my luck. I'm too shy to share what actually happened in the room, but its all good. They are 21-22 year old gals studying in University and I guess they are open to such things. Or simply too drunk to care.

Day 3
Basically not much time cos got a flight to catch and too exhausted after yesterday. So just took a cab to airport and grab a pho before flying off

Summary
Not my first HCMC trip, but a very memorable one, and definitely not my last. If your are there on longer trips, I will recommend you to get to know some local gals, some of who can speak English. Not necessarily for sex but just to hang around drink coffee, club, movie etc.

For sex, if you really cannot find any gals, your best bet should be Apocalypse now, plenty of FL offering ST or LT. Need to negotiate, which I am not good in, hehe. Then there is always the wechat, which has very nice pictures of ladies and offering competitive prices. However, I did not try them before, as I believe in really seeing them and making sure of chemistry before committing.

thank you for sharing forum...a rather refreshing experience which we hardly have a chance to read...your experience still base very much on tourist...wait till you know how to move about as local...then you understand the vast difference...but dun get me wrong, is ok so long you enjoyed yourself the way you chiong...for chionging as local we speak mainly tieng viet and hook up gals only knew tieng viet...we found the options widen...

Options wide, but face recognition also widens. After dating a few locals, must start wearing those pollution mask to cover nose and mouth while on the street or risk being recognized by the gals or their friends.

Yeah indeed. If only I knew Tieng Viet. Getting old, great inertia to learn a new language, hehe. But with the motivation of greatly widened options, maybe it's time to bite the bullet and just learn it. Local Viet gals are really nicer compared to our counterparts in Singapore.

Heck - both parties should be well aware that true emotions play a very minimal part in the equation, but I've seen too many times mongers forgetting this.

On the other hand though, IMHO it's most times best NOT to totally cater to/spoil any females, especially if one is by nature a "butterfly."

Is Hanoi generally safer than hcmc? Especially in regards to petty street crime and also scams. Seems to be so from reading here, but....
