Their Deluxe units are fully furnished with small kitchenette, walk-in wardrobe etc... except no TV or fridge. Rates from BHT8,000 onwards... FYI naa

According to some real estate dude, an apartment is owned by the building owner. All apartments in a building are managed on the same basis. You will get e.g. electricity or internet via the building management (and pay markup).

While a condo is owned by the condo owner, so one building may have condos owned by many different people. Some may be nicely furnished, some unfurnished, up to that owner .. You will probably deal with e.g. electric and internet company directly.

If u get a high floor the views are unobstructed. The compound is quite big. Summer Mansion 3 is the newest building there. How I wish I was CK and can straight away plonk down the deposit but alas dtang mai por. Looking at places for 1/2 the rent
