Lu Jia Bang Lu is in the middle of Xu Jia Hui. It is very happening in all sense of the word. As for the sammyboy meaning of 'happening', the entire shanghai is 'happening'. Just have to know where to look.

Unlikely for them to shut for one month... like that the MMs do what ? Eat grass for one month?Anyway No "full service" does not mean "No service" right? hear that all hc in minhang and changning districts are having tone down period wef sept to prevent "undesirable incidents" prior to 1/oct. the hc in shanghai hotel is still very much alive and according the mm there, business will be as usual through the golden week. the hc in shanghai hotel is own by or connected to the deputy commissioner of shanghai paichushuo, as such its 100% safe there. the rest and shower areas may not be as cozy but who cares about this when these are not the main purposes there. unless you know the name of mm, there is no holding area to select the mm which is quite a pity as realise many better ones along the corridor. damage is rmb 650for private 60mins. regards.
