I don’t think AVs n security will be so eng.
Security won’t be so eng n Kaypo to keep monitoring cctv n quickly alert mata.
Afterall one shop less will do the management no good in terms of rental. Afterall there are so many empty shops it must become more worrying for the landlord.
AVs will also not be so eng to deploy resources n speed down to raid the shop once they rcvd wind sound.Not worth the time, $$$ n resources juz to raid one shop. Afterall if it’s only one or 2 shops around n not causing great disturbances or nuisance , the authorities might close one eye.

FC is a strata title building. Each unit different owner so management doesn't need to care about rental, only upkeep of the building. Agree security usually won't be so on the ball as not really their job as well. Most likelihood is adjacent units make complain to management or police so action has to be taken. The place just warmed up for not long and now its killed off again.

last sat I went notice the shop at level 3 near the escalator got tape seal up but did not notice one of the shop along the "lane" is also sealed, that time this shop still have door but closed. today passby notice the shop on the 'lane" also got seal too and notice the door is inside the shop. so this is the shop that some bro mentioned get raided on wed? so mean FC kena raided again within less than a week? wah strong strong wind.. today basically no that "kind" of cha bor there le.. "dead town" liao

Been awhile since I read this thread, and you mentioned Bugis Health Centre, all my old chiong memories slowly come back lol. Those were the good old but bad days with my old chiong mates. Alot of stupid stuffs we did there, just lucky did not get caught with pants down. I also notice alot of massage parlours are missing from the "usual areas". Think AV in S'pore really doing a good job like their counterparts here in China.
