Not only Aston , is across all hotels according to driver . As they(other companies) have contract with the hotel operator in Balai. So will be good to book earlier if you are going there.

I try to book through Agoda but only left few rooms at Aston..
Maxi and Balai view all fully book.....
Be going there with 10 buddy's of mine..

hope tat some1 can help advise on a few issues regarding balai

I'm planning to go Balai wif a friend sometime ard 3&4 sep for a wkend trip
Is tat wkend alrite as i heard the gals go bk hm near hari raya holiday?
I also noticed that in recent posting no1 recommend Hotel Maximilian anymore
Is there a problem with it?
I personally perfer it as from google map its seem to be walking distance from jetty
lastly would some1 be so kind to advise how to contact "kofa"
so far in tis thread he seem to be the most reliable personal to approach for a trip to balai

Aston maxi paradise 21 all fully book for this week.
Just manage to get a room for tomorrow at Paradise for a friend.
haha hotel full but villa quiet.

What do you mean villa quiet? Most of the gals being booked or less people visiting the villa?

Confirm list going will be end of this mth... Will try to collect the cash for hotel and ferry. To confirm the booking..

If first time please be careful the Custom officer may try to ask for so-call coffee money. You may act blur to pass and try not give them anything.
