Surprisingly, this place is quite well taken care of.

I was there by chance. Supposed to go up there for some fresh air myself while my partner was down there by the reservoir. Felt a bit form, then asked my partner to come up. She was reluctant at 1st due to the flight of stairs. But i gave her a "signal" by winking to her that it's a good place and she dashed up faster than Flash haha....
