there's one place that you guys can try in the bedok area. bedok reservoir road blk 739a mscp, above sheng siong. cars will usually park on 1st and 2nd level of the carpark. 3rd, 4th and rooftop level empty. tried a few times in the afternoon, 30mins no interruptions. can even park in a corner and do it in the open beside car. enjoy!
