B******** (beside USSC): Mostly milfs and pricey, definitely not value-for-money.

K B***** & T****: $39/h entrance + extra (curtains concept, but that does not mean nothing goes on behind the curtains, as the curtain concept survived Space@Kovan, and many customers were fine with it

Room is spacious and nicely set up though.

Dropped it thereafter to venture other joints instead.

There was action there a couple of years ago.
Enjoyed my time there with a really cheeky pre-milf who would let me zhut zhut during the finish. Long left and not in contact anymore.

Massage was good and GQ was of good value and you would get your mileage.

But all in the last. It got cleaned up. Boss got strict. Price increases plus older not so good looking ladies. Not keen to visit too. If purely for a good massage, I don’t wish to pay more than $50.

Still see the same black face lady at the front when I walk past. There used to be a really young and cute counter girl with really short skirt. Always fantasize about her haha. Not sure if she’s related to the bosses or not.
