My suggestion for your reply:

Darling, I would love to invest in your shop. However, in order for me to make an informed investment decision, I require the following from you in advance of my answer:

- Proposed Business Plan: You are to include your proposed start-up capital and all estimated operating expenses and overheads. Similarly, you should also describe your profit margins and estimated Return-on-Investment (ROI) and timeframe.

- Organizational Chart, including Staffing Plan

- Initial Draft of Contract between you, being overall in charge of operations, and myself, being principal investor.

I almost choked and died with laughter when I saw your suggested reply! I think the girl would faint if you sent her that.. (actually the typical response is for her to get angry with you and say you are not being serious! - and she will try to make you feel guilty - Your response to that should then be one of anger, and she will back down quickly.. and you'll get some make up sex after that! )

AC is still the best place to be for those that want rounds and rounds of bonking. What makes AC attractive is that all the bonking you want is concentrated in a small area (actually entire area can be walked during the day but avoid that thought at night). I will highlight this post by Bro Freez as I had wanted to reply to the initial post and questions but Freezone said it all here.

He is absolutely correct. Do not let the negative reporting of runners ruin your stay in AC or even be the deciding factor to cum to AC.
The runner problem is NOT THE MAJORITY of the gals you will encounter. If I had to guess, it maybe about 10% of the total or if gambling its a losing hand 1 out of every 10 hands you play. So odds are still very good in your favor.
Now, if your luck is really bad and all the gals you encounter in AC are runners then I truly only have one advice for you. Don't even think of leaving your home as with luck like that you will most certainly get hit by a car or bus when you cross the street the moment you leave hour house.


Oh, BTW freez. did I tell you I normally charge a beer everytime someone uses one of my copyright phrases

Just to add. For those that have alot of time then Cebu is a good alternate destination but Cebu IS NOT AC.
Cebu is good for those that are tired of the overwhelming bar and disco scene in AC and need more peace and quiet place that still have a few outlets for relief. For those that just want to have release then no place on earth like AC.

phantomtiger2: maybe cos I never been to Cebu, I cannot comment, but .. if you want an alternate to AC, the closest that was, is PG, but, as I said before, PG has been overrun by Japs and Koreans .. even white men are second class.

the good thing in PG is, 'barfine' 'ewr' and such is recognised in PG, like in AC, and the chance of being accused of nefarious activities is nil .. and the Town Mayor office issues the permits .. so regulated ..

in July, maybe I should plot a visit to PG .. !!!

Cebu looks like a place I should visit being the no-rush laidback type of person.
But now w the quake, put a damper on my plans.

In AC I don't usually barhop many bars especially the mega n noisy ones but prefer some small friendly bars to just slowly oogle/mingle w the girls over cheap drinks n pool enjoying the pre 90s music.
Hahaha.....wat a good face saving excuse for a budget cheongster who can't afford to overspend.
