Been passby this place most the time , wonders what behind this closed metal gate finally jio a few kaki's of mine to try it
  Not so much like how it's name suggests, Chye Seng Huat Hardware (CSHH) is actually a new indie coffee bar along Tyrwhitt Road (close to Lavender Food Square). A new Papa Palheta establishment, CSHH also has its own Roastery and Workshop space beside the main Coffee bar & retail area. The coffee bar looked small and humble from the main road but actually boosts a layout that I would die to have for a studio. I met Ros there and was really looking forward to having all-day-breakfast alongside great coffee but was really quite disappointed when we found out the kitchen closes at 5pm daily. I ended up having an Old Fashioned Banana Cake ($4) while ros had the Chocolate Cake ($6.50), both of which we thought were very very yums.
