Located hidden at Chinatown market... level 2... I post the shop photo and also the other dishes that I found it nice and special... The other dishes is SASHIMI NOODLES... salmon and raw veggies makes the food so crunchy yet the salmon melt in your tongue... with additional a little bit of chily.. its really perfect combi...

I like both actually...both have their unique taste..

Salmon dishes have ginger inside (you can ask not to put), while Wolf Herring do not have ginger (replaced with lemon instead)...

Salmon taste creamy and mild, while Wolf Herring taste juicy and slightly oily taste...

Both combine with the raw veggies make them taste great.. Smooth yet crunchy... Dont forget the chily.. taste like a lil bit sour + sweet (because of the fish) + spicy...
