Opposite Sparks is Lokasari Plaza where Today Country and Olympic Spa is located. Around Lokasari Plaza there are Bintang Mawar, Madonna and Siera Bar.
15 minutes to the left of Sparks when you reach the junction of Mangga Besar and Hayam Waruk you can turn left for Kartika, Berlian, Stadium etc or turn right to Sun City.
I believe all these will keep you very busy for friday night and Saturday afternoon.

there are some Indo-Chinese cewek in those places I mentioned but most of them can only speak very little english including the mostly Indo-Chinese PR you will find in the MnB (Bar) on ground floor of Sparks. But then the PR here do not provide special services unless they like you very much and the price is right.
If you scan and read the forum than you will know that PRC ladies are available in SPAs in Alexis (7th floor), Emporivm (along Pecenongan), Hotel Malioboro (along Gajah Mada), etc.

From my cheonging experience in Alexis, I'd just like to contribute my 2 cents worth of info for bros out there who are just like me - going to Jakarta but do not know your way around Jakarta and have problems speaking the indonesian language...
Remembering months back when I started going to Jakarta for work, I was still cursing and swearing that Jakarta was a boring place... that was until I visited this thread and gathered some information about the cheong scene in Jakarta. Alexis was one of those places that caught my attention in here, and hence I decided to visit the place and ever since then, there was no turning back!
I would consider Alexis a one stop entertainment complex. For people who like the straight forward pay and screw transaction, there is a bath house on the 7th floor. Service and facilities are good at the bath house. If I did not remember wrongly, a session at the bathhouse would set you back by 1,800,000rupiahs for PRCs. Not really sure abt the rates of indons. The service levels are above average, but I had stopped going to the bathhouse due to the steep pricing as I could get similiar service at cheaper prices back in sg.
For those who like KTVs, Alexis has gotta be the place that you should visit. The have a really wide spread of ceweks at the KTV. Most of them are playable and can be brought back after the KTV session. However, do take note that it'll be best if you explicitly tell the mummy from the start that you would want to take the ger back with you at the end of the night and the mummy will bring in the gers that allow you to bring them back. Damage at the KTV is as follows:
Room - 100,000 per hour (min of 3 hours) or 200,000 per hour (if less than 3 hours)
Charges for ceweks - 500,000 for the whole night until you leave the place
Charged for bringing gers back - 2,000,000 (inclusive of their companionship in the KTV room)
Drinks - 30% discount (martell vsop cost 700,000 a bottle after discount)
Additional tips for waitresses/mummy - up to you (usually I give mummy 100,000 if she recommends a good cewek and waitresses I give 20,000 or 30,000)
For those who like a little more thrill in picking up a ger at a disco, you can consider going to the disco on the ground floor (name is 4Play I think). They have mostly local and pino GROs. Tried asking around before and local GROs quoted me 800,000 while pino GROs quoted me an outstanding 3,000,000 for bringing them back!! Don't think the pinos are worth it but must say that some of the pinos are really pretty. If you are more adventurous and willing to spend some effort going around the disco to fish for some ceweks, you will find many of them around and most of them call themselves dancers. If they like you, you can take them back to do a strip dance for you and perform alternative services for you to make you cum (except to have sex)... that'll set you back by around 400,000. I've personally tried one of the dancers before and I thought that she was worth every cent which I paid... at least it was something new to me.
Oh yes... one more thing to highlight... the rooms in Alexis come with 2 porn channels (1 western and 1 jap). So you can use those channels to spice up things in the room if you do decide to take any ceweks up to the room for some action!
So far I'm still sticking to Alexis as I find the place a one stop entertainment and the KTV gers and mummy are able to communicate in some english (although not perfect but enough to have fun). Although it's abit pricy at Alexis, but not much choice... until I find another place which is equally fun and I'm able to communicate with the people around, I think I'll stick to Alexis for the time being. I always used to stay at shangri-La and the quality is very poor at the disco below and no FL scene near by.
Can anyone recommend a 5 or 4 star hotel which has near by good massage or FL scene or pick up to room from disco.

You can try to stay at few hotels near downton "Kota" area. Mercure, Jayakarta Tower Hotel is just around Mangga Besar area or known as the local Geylang. Opposite Jayakarta Tower Hotel, there is a nice comfortable entertainment centre. The spa is like 5*, but be warned to go with the Chinese imports, so you won't have any problems in communicating and negotiating FJ service. Normally the market price for FJ after massage is around Rp700grand. Including facitlities around Rp1million. Servis of the local massues sucks.

Interesting, I have been to Alexis a couple of times and I do like the place. The only problem is getting there which can be a problem at times especially when it is a flood prone area. It was there some months back and after a fun session, I had problem getting to my car due to the flood and it wasn't even raining. I later learnt that during high tide, the drains get filled and flood the vincinity which unfortunately includes the entrance and exit into Alexis.
Anyway I am available if you come by this way again. Maybe we bring along our swimming trunks just in case we have to swim out of that area. (Sorry joke only lah)

valet park your car the next time. This is becos you will notice that the road in front of entrance to Alexis is slightly raised a couple of feet above the surrounding. Also during high tide and no rain the flood water will not be too high at most 30 cm so if you are driving a 4 wheel drive or similar type like most of my local friends than the valet boys will be able to bring your car to the entrance for you. So don't need swimming trunk. :-)
But if it rains together with high tides than that will be a problem for everyone not just you :-(
