Hey guys. Need some opinion on my chances of getting HIV

Had sex with a FL recently (4th April) and *sorry for graphic details* I performed cunnlingus on her, fingered her, sucked her nipples and had protected vaginal sex.

Anyway after that, I got paranoid and worried about getting HIV so I checked my fingers and mouth for any visible cuts/sores but found none. And I also tested the condom by filling it with water to check for leaks. At first there were slight drips (but I think that was because as I was filling it up it slipped and the outside got wet)

After patting it dry again and testing, there was no leak even as I squeezed it near the tip. Am probably going for the test in 1 month but yea what are my risks?

I read that cunnlingus and fingering carry low risk because of the saliva in the mouth hindering the HIV & for cunnlingus the vaginal fluids that carry HIV are the ones near the cervix and not the ones when the girl gets sexually excited? (found on a forum)

My Salute to you for going thru 1 month of possibly the worst time of your life. My congratulations to those that received good news, and my sincere condolences for those who had 2 lines in the results.

I personally have chionged for 2 years, almost once/month. After having 1 week of prolonged fever and sore thoat which happened after i visited PRC Fl, I got very worried. I had 2 sleepless nights and I almost went crazy thinking about it.

He told me he knew a copule of whom one of the spouse were HIV positive and the other negative. They were together for many, many year engaging in sex life actively. They stay healthy and didnt pass to the other partner. Thats how effective protection is. Remember, its just sensation you are losing, not your life.

1 LAST MESSAGE TO ALL BROS: EVERY HIV TEST SESSION, THERE ARE AVERAGE 2 BROS TESTED POSITIVE. (sessions are on tue, wed, sat) THAT IS 6 PER WEEK! IN JUST A DOT ON THE MAP CALLED SINGAPORE.

mate, it should read "AS LONG AS YOU USE A CD CORRECTLY".
you will be surprise there are tons of people who doesnt use it correctly.
e.g using 2 condoms, claiming it gives double protection

Yes thanks senior bro for pointing it out. Just to add on, councellor said put on condom properly, and to avoid cd tear, remember to use lubricant. KY or water based is fine.

hi guys read thru the threads but still need some advices

had a test done slightly before 1mth, result came out negative which is great relief. but subsequently i had this light sore throat for about 1 weeks plus but no fever nor swollen lymph nodes. currently i had this rashes like stuff on my chest which makes me worried again, shall i take e test again at 3mth or go asap to re-confirm?? appreciate all advices

where did you do the test?
Most HIV test done after a month isnt conclusive.
you should do another one after 3 months.

if you go to the one soon, you will still end up going for the 3rd month trust me.
if u want to curb down ur anxiety, you can for one more test soon and final one at the 3rd month. just pay a bit of money to curb down the anxiety is definately worth it if you are worried.

Hey guys need some help/advice here,

recently (this week in fact at the 4th week mark), I had this swollen lymph nodes in my ear (although I used to have them before) and flu like illness (only in the morning though).

But those 2 I'm not that worried since it has happened before however earlier this week on 2/5, when I woke up I found that i had these red itchy rash on my left arm. 1 on my left knuckle and 3 clustered near the elbow joint with about 2 more spread around on the arm.is there a need for concern? Also yesterday, i had this small sore/ulcer on my lip though it does not hurt nor is it swollen (though it burst today when I was showering but pain subsided within 15 mins - looks like cold sore?)


I also had this white layer on my tongue that looks like Thrush but it doesn't bleed when I brush my tongue.

All these happened after I had sex with a FL on April 4th. I had protected vaginal sex and gave her cunnlingus and fingered. What are my chances of getting HIV?

okay guys went for HIV test at 5th week and the counsellor told me at pre-test counselling that it sounds unlikely and after that she said it's fine when I asked if I should return at the 3rd month.

I'm not sure of your chances but you should get tested? at 3rd week month. (or if it's <72 hours) I think you can go for PEP


either way check out these websites (where experienced doctors in the field answer questions similar to urs - but need to pay if you want ask doctors)
