So Carrick got another chance to redeem n show himself again for the 3rd n last time ...think he is a slight upgrade over OGS who never use his brains...makes a better manager by the way he organised n selected the teams to fight against Villareal n Chelski even with the hated McFred combo playing n the slow Matic behind them ...in hindsight, they shd hv made him the manager i/o OGS then the team might not hv so much problems n troubles today

Yes, Carrick made a mistake by taking the goal scorer Sancho off in the 2nd half ...until then, he was still playing very well running all abt the field trying to push the ball forward into Chelski goal ...n replace him with the anonymous CR7 instead to placate him...guess he had no choice as the GOAT could be seen very anxious n impatient to get onto the field to try to score a goal for himself esp after he saw Sancho scored his goal ...strongly believe if Sancho had remained in the field n Lingard cum in, both of them can combine n score another goal that will kill the game for the big boys in blue

As for Fred nuff said...like OGS don't know how to use his brains to do the right thing in the unexpected situation

The reason why Carrick substituted Sancho was to please the GOAT to let him play every game.. who can be seen n looked very eager n impatient to come onto the field from the bench to score a goal for himself after seeing Sancho scored his...jealous n want to show his goal-scoring capabilities n always want his name to be on the scoresheet...when he doesnt score in any game, he will storm away angry all by himself into the dressing room.....acting like a spoilt kid...yes, of course Sancho will wonder why he was substituted even when he was still playing very well on the field ???

for Rashford the guy is rusty nowadays ...can't dribble n get himself away from defenders to rush towards goal n score as he used to be able to do b4...due to his shoulder injury still troubling him ??? ...he look a shadow of his former self

Now on we go towards the next match against Arteta gunners...another club legend becuming manager but seems to be the most successful of the 3 now...earlier in the new season he also nearly got his head chopped by management n fans as well for the poorest result ever in the club's history...he is lucky he survived n doing well again...but luckily they r not as strong a team as Chelski, Pool n City are n Carrick might be able to take 3 points from them if he plays his card well again n strategize with a plan to win like the one he selected against Chelski last night ...Good luck to Carrick ...root for him to win against the gunners

I counted at least three popular footy sites predicting 1-1, with some bookies giving Utd a slight edge for a win. Only an Arsenal fan site predicted a 1-2 (surprise surprise )

Maguire is back from suspension - will Carrick have the same gonads to bench him as he did Ronaldo? Cavani, Varane and Shaw still out.

Anyway, I will be optimistic. But suspect the footy sites will be right.
