troi oi...the ger who remit money will give the contact number to coffee shop owner who will pass the contacts to courier to call upon reaching hcm....after that the family will arrange to meet the courier to collect the money still in SGD...

Western Union will pass the family in VND which is always lesser ma because exchange rate loss...

Bro...pass to me and I quarantee your ger can get her money fast...
