With our strong currency, I feel I can stretch my passive income further. Regional countries like Thailand, Indonesia or Malaysia, maybe a good option to retire.

The cost of meeting sugar babes are probably lower too.

Sold everything and moved to Bkk last year. Work that body with HILT daily and found a gf who is in Uni. Stay positive and discipline, it’s not impossible

I have been to Thailand twice last year. Went to BKK and Chiang Mai, just to get a feel of the place again.

I think I would prefer a less busy place. Chiang Mai is popular due to the weather is less hot.

Do you have issue adjusting to the language? Do you drive in BKK yourself?

nice. multiple properties means someone else is working day and night to pay your mortgage and you just do the down payment.

who runs or works out at least 3 times a week, or 5 times, with body weight, running, skipping?

not going into fasting or type of diet. just want to know how many active bros work out as part of their lifestyle.

I'm 54 and work out 5 times a week. An hour each time...half hour brisk walking and half hour weight training. Helps to keep everything intact and de-stress. Still trying to get at least 7 hours sleep though...

But sometimes I felt pai seh when we go to restaurant and we need to mingle withe servers. Do they think we are father / daughter out for normal meals? I only meet this one for meals so far....

The other gal is more shy. We just meet at my place, and order grab food after we done our sexercise. Oh well. Different people have different strokes. We just have to manage them differently....

Holding properties for investment works in SG but not for some countries like Malaysia or even United States. The value of properties here can double if hold long but can't be said everywhere.

Cardio exercise like running is my main stay. I do have to train more intense when I have a race signed up at times. Like a marathon or an ultra. Otherwise, it will be at maintenance mode....50 to 60 km per week kind of volume.

Hardly any strength work but it's good to have. In gym, I will try to spend an hour on the stationery bike to hit 30km at least. Not that easy but I hate cycling on the road...

Just a random thought.

Money makes wonders, girls are willing to spend time with anyone giving that person a form of happiness even though it's short-lived. Everyone knows it's monetary transaction, but still happy nonetheless.

Without money, these girls would not even bother, let alone set sights on that person.
