I notice about 6.30 pm start jogging got view. Too early like 5.30 pm ..... got ah mah.

I stay near Fernvale so my 5km to and fro, cannot reach water way point yet. Can only reach..... the bridge under construction near Punggol.

The peak hour is at 6pm to 07:30pm.

After 07:30pm is depend on your luck.
