From your account of the incident, only referring to the portion of scratching your car, She has committed a Tort in Intentional Action which may be pursued even if you were total strangers, notwithstanding that you had a commercial relationship with her in the previous dealings.

2) You need to establish her identity and make it possible for the cops to locate her. After the cops have hauled her up to the station for questioning, you may then apply for court order or through a lawyer to get her actual identity to proceed with private summons against her.

That spells out your final course of action which is to actually sue her for the damages caused by her.

You may also want to bear in mind that the court will never accord 100% of legal costs in such cases (usually up to 80% but normally around 50%) to the winning party especially if that party is the plaintiff. So if the damages were not serious enough to recover at least 10 to 20 K of damages, I'll still suggest that you do not take up a private suit... Just get the cops to act will do.

Next,I sent her to woodland as I had earlier promise her in my car. She again pestered me for the money which I was already rather hot and piss from all the insult she saying. I just kept my silent and maintain a smiling face all along.

Upon reaching the destination, she still pestered me again for the money which i am boiling hot already. At this point, she asked me buy her a can of drink at the nearby supermarket, which I of course refused as i am thinking wtf, so cheapo meh, $1+ also wan me pay. but again I kept my silent and reply her with a smile. She sat there and continue to insult me with stingy,hei xin, etc, which I am already feel it the limit. I then ask her, does she wanna get off of not.She got off my car, and leave my door open. As I see she not going to close my door, I decide to reach out and close the door myself.

NOW THE SUPER PISS PART, SHE SLAMMED MY DOOR, AND USE A LIGHTER IN HER HAND AND SCRATCH MY CAR. I WAS LIKE WTF. I QUICKLY DROVE OFF TO AVOID SHE CAUSE MORE DAMAGE.
