It opens around 11am....serves a great lunch with different menus everyday! so to get your money's worth, make enough time to hang around for a least 3-6 hours to enjoy all the various "healthy" facilities in there and if you are a glutton like me, gorge on the free mini buffet till you bloat, but remember to do it after you had your bonk lah....2 full cannot perform leh.
