I wonder anyone combined comps with math theory to gain at casino? For example, if the comps is accumulated at 2% but there is a house edge of 1%, actually you can earn 1% in terms of benefit (free entertainment, rooms, food).

Yes ... only night timing to board. It's an overnight cruise to no where, and return back to HF the next morning around 8-8.30am

I guess it's to lure people there as R S is not the preferred choice !

After playing roulette for quite sometimes now .... i have somehow develop my own set of playing patterns . I did mentioned them in my previous thread.

To summarize it ... basically they are as follows:

1. Sectors namely top, bottom, left and right

2. Opposite number eg. opposite of no. 6 is no. 18

3. Left and right numbers eg. left and right no. of no. 14 are no. 1 and no. 20

4. Follow on number open from previous record eg. record show no 14 open after no 20, current no open is no 20, so i may bet on no 14

5. Base on points eg. no open is no 23, 2 + 3 = 5 points, so i bet on 5, 14, 23 and 32

6. Base on repeat no eg. bet on the same no that open the last round

As you can see, there are many possibilities to consider, therefore can never win much

Unless, you are very very lucky that day... you strike it big on single no, if not very hard to win

Lesson learn ... must not be Greedy ! But I always forgot about it, thinking can win some more, in the end lose all the winnings plus capital

I sympathise with u for losing $1.5k

Playing numbers is difficult to strike and can create frustrations. I suggest that if u wish to gamble roulette, its better to play those 50%-50% bets such as red black etc... which is also more fun because easier to strike.

but the return for playing number is higher, sometime 50%-50% guess can let u down too.

I tent to agree with you ..... that why now i play less on single no and more on 6 and 12 numbers, ie 1- 6 or 10 - 15 and 1st 12, 2nd 12 or 3rd 12.

I only get 1% for rolling max.

oic. anyway, do they play normal commission baccarat or they pay half upon winning on 6? Btw, if they play normal commission type, banker house edge is 1.06% so it is quite worth gambling there after considering you take away 1% in terms of rolling chip.

But if I am not wrong, I think for the rolling chip concept, you need to gamble twice the value in terms to dispose it off. For example, if you change non-nego chip of $1000, then you need to gamble $2000 so as to dispose it off. It is because if you bet $10 (100 rounds of big small), then you will still expect to have $500 of non-nego chip with you.

Agrees... Roulette is more on luck compare tn blackjack.
To me roulette is something like jackpot, just 30% better only

True, Roulette you need luck. I have tried the two and three chips bet i.e. covering 30 numbers and losing 7 numbers. This is not effective. After one round, it will takes longer time for the next round, because the house will be paying the winners individually and those aunties will take their time to bet single number and then change to smaller chips. All this process upset your rhythm if you are playing outside bets.If you lose one round, you need to win the next 5 rounds in order to recover your loss if you bet same amount.

I have tried on dry run using 8 chips on outside bet. I found out I have 60/40
of winning. Minimum outside bet is $25, so one chip is $25. Total $200.

You place 2 chips on any 1-12, 13-18 &19-36. You cover 2 sectors = 4 chips
You place 1 chip on the row on 1-34, 2-35, 3-36, you cover 2 rows = 2 chips
You place 1 chip on Black or Red = 1 Chip
You place 1 Chip on Odd or Even = 1 chip.

Your placement is very crucial on the last 2 chips will make your winning and
if lose you lose few chips. In about all, you will cover as many as up to 35 numbers. You also have to look at the past result that decide your bet. To play safe, you can use $5 chip to cover 'O'. This method you need not have
to double up if you lose all 8 chips. If one of the number covers at three of the points I had mentioned you win. There will be one or two numbers not cover by the 4 points.
