Mamas are known to be VERY pushy here, and each mama try to push her own girls onto you. Each sofa have different mama to represent them and try to push girls onto you. Never be pressured to take a girl from a mama (unless you know/trust the mama). You must act STRONG, and refuse if you don't like her goods (treat the same as a Tout in Thailand/China etc..). If you act Kiasu you get chopped for sure. Take your time, walk around from sofa to sofa, and choose carefully. If cannot choose, sit down, have a drink relax, wait 30 min and do another walk (maybe a hot girl just finishing up and return to sofa). Those who don't have patience or the strength to refuse pressure from mama's usually make bad decisions. If you like a girl ask her to sit for a quick chat to see if any chemistry. I wouldn't buy my girl any drinks/smokes unless i picked her myself and she is friendly and make me happy (don't buy more than 1 normal drink or cigarette). You can sit girls from 10-30 min on average (even more sometimes) before you decide if you want to take her to the room. The important thing is to take your time and not rush anything, or else you usually forced to a bad choice. Like shopping for fruit in a discount grocer, you need to carefully sort through bad apples and rotten bananas to pick out the good fruits at a good price. I thought Malio got rip of cheap 420k girl class Anyways, in the lounge locals are either 850k or 1.1Jt, Imports (China, Viet, Russian/Uzbek) are 2jt. Dancers are tricker to deal with, as their main goal is to sell you LDs and they can have their own discretion to choose/refuse clients. Usually you are told you need to buy 20LD, then pay about 1.8Jt (~3Jt total) to goto room (although this can sometimes vary depending on your relationship with the girl/manager). Beware that some girls may just try to get you to buy many LDs, and then not want to go upstairs. Some also suck at sex since its not their main function. Anyways, the risk is up to those that wanna play these games at these prices.

As for taxis, i try use Uber/Grab instead if possible, as set cost (no meter) so driver doesn't try longer routes. BlueBird is usually reliable, but if they can tell you are Bule/Newbie then some may try run the meter.

just some advice from small fry..
when go to these places, never accept the recommended girls unless they really suit u straight.
there are many girls, shop around..some maybe busy and later when they come back, even better for u.
one of the tricks my friends ask, is if they have baby..it usually helps when u see the naked body...haha

for the drinks..can try the iced cappuccino. my fav while waitin for my friends to finish..haha

just use uber/grab.
if u expect jam, just use grab as it is fixed price.
usually they are ok if u say don't use toll/expressway. additional charges and not necessarily faster due to further or even jam.
