JB exchange rate is 228
but can negotiate to 228.7 Bishan J8 change 229. however, pls note that if u change 1K the diff is only RM 3-5. not even enough to go take a cab. so i usually do not care too much. as i usually change 100-250 per trip. should be sufficient ....

Rate on 31 May 2006 at JB at 2.00pm:
JB Immigration $100 = RM$228.50 JB Merlin Tower $100 = RM$228.10 I used to exchange at Merlin Tower which always give addition 50 sens more than other money changer. The Money Changer just come out from the Johor Immigration have a better exchange rate.

Choa Chu Kang Lot 1 (Long queue !!) SG$100 = RM$229.50 In JB this afternoon 3pm SG$100 = RM$228.50

Just changed some ringgit not long ago at JB near custom (9.15pm, 5th June)
$100=RM229.70
