bro, which carpark u talking about? the one with the tank or the outside one? i try with my girl on sat morn 4am. the tank carpark still have lots of people sitting at the bench. so we try at the outside carpark but every 5mins have car pass by with headlight shinning in. so obvious to them.
in the end went to the shelter on top to bonk my girl. have a few couples walk up and interupted us. very annoying as my girl was sitting on my legs bonking but had to stop everytime we saw someone. they knew what we were doing but cannot see anything since my girl bonk in her skirt.
