1943 in Handy road at the old Cathay building premises.... opened exclusively and only for Japanese men who were mostly military officers. No sauna, no steam bath...... only a hot dipping pool and massage. But I heard the water they use for the hot pool is specially transported from the Seletaris hotsprings in Sembawang.

This trade is around for 30-40 years,so do you think the problem is cause by HC,MHA sould look in to it(ICA is the main cause of this problem).They had given too many Red IC/PR to all this 人才.

health centre is already legalised since the 70s...
just apply the licence, just like karang guni, selling of beer too.
