Speaking of makan, I was to specially mention this app, GoJek. It's our version of Uber. Except that instead of private cars, you get motor taxi. And instead of UberEat, you get GoFood. That's how I get to enjoy nasi briyani and my girl had ayam penyet for midnight dinner. Plus 1.5L bottle Coke. All for less than $15. This might seem expensive, but we didn't have to step out of our room. So, it's trading money for convenience.
A good option,but can ask if tere's ani sur charge if order frm ubereat or goFood? If hav,wat r the charges like in btm?

Delivery is 12,000 which is $1+. Cheap for the convenience, in my opinion.

Sept trip staying in Formosa has been quite a bit of a disappointment due to those "hotel event" but turning a bad situation into something acceptable for myself is something I am proud to do.
Before the trip....
1. I emailed to book a room,they said my certain room has been taken,and there are no more of those certain rooms that I am looking for. They recommend Junior Suite and Executive suite,i asked them "How much?"...no reply for 2 days.
2. I send them an email asking the same question again,how much were the Junior Suite and Executive room,and I ask them another question.How can there be no more those "certain room type" that I wish to book when their original website still allows me to book that "certain room".
Does it mean if I use my credit card to book a room from your website (Formosa website),and when I reach your hotel,i cannot be guaranteed a room? (becos in their initial 1st email reply to me,i was told no more of those "certain room") AGAIN,there's no reply from them.
(I blame it on their new staffs,their management staffs too)
My later solution, i booked an executive room at 950k for weekday and 1 juta for weekend....and paid 540k rupiah the "certain room" price,yet staying in the executive room. Silver membership entitles me 2 of such FREE upgrades per year. (4 for Gold membership,if I don't remember wrong,but I already turn it unlimited since silver card onward,hehehe...)
In this trip,i got to learn more of how formosa runs their hotel business and this trip's knowledge and experience can be used to put myself in a better advantage in my batam days to come,hehehe...pay the price of 1 grape and get an apple in return.
Get used 2 it bro,nwaday after those older staffs gone,the new ones standard all drop into longkang....lol.

No, it's not discount. It's payment via GoPay (similar to GrabPay by Grab). Then, the balance paid by cash.

Bro, for gofood is it a separate app from gojek? I can't register for gojek yet so I can't see if gofood is inside gojek..also how do u add credit into gofood? U need indo credit card or Sg cards also can? How do u make payment? N do all of the hotels allow the food delivery guys to go straight up to the guest rooms to deliver the food? Unless you refer to a village in Pandora*, you should just take an ojek and ask the guy to take you there. It's Nagoya, so the charge from Nagoya will be around 10k-15k.
*I will not explain this. Just for those who understand.
