yo bro .. thanks for all the kind advice... ok more info provided... first time i appealed was throught from 14a ... second time mp.... now mp say no point coming to them only makes matters worse.. Mp ask me to wait awhile than appeal myself.

My Gf caught there at 9pm... antivice ask her she work anot.. she say no... they take her back to station along with other gals from other nationality ask her if she working and why she came singapore.. she say she never admit .. than they ask her to sign a document which she did not understand and took down her thumbprint.. later she was released and ask to report to ica the next day.. ica gave her two days grace to return to hcm...

anyway she been to spore 3 times of total... first time nov 2009 .. second april for two weeks... her last time on may....

Bros how can i overturn this problem.. i understand to charge somebody for solicitation is not easy.. she was waiting for taxi alone that night ... she had no conversation with anybody .. no transaction with any guy .. only she was at gey lor 4 because she resides there... so now i am appealing for her to return .. my reason will be want to register with her and she will be staying at my address from her next visit onwards....

any more advice on how i can go about in this appeal journey ???

This is where the problem is, she should not signed anything that she does not understand. It just like when you are in Vietnam, the Viet Gong an asked you to signed statement in Tien Viet there which you do not understand. Will you signed it? She should have insisted that if she need to sign any statement then it should be done through a government approve official translator. A lawyer may be the only way to settle the problem for you.

Bros here especially newbie should take note or advise your own gals in regards about signing any statement without knowing what is written in it. If they don't understand the content of the statement they have every right not to sign.

It will be very difficult for your to come next time and they won't approve your appeal. Now you need to do few things if im not wrong. A photocopy of her passport, 2 passport photo and you need to go down ICA to submit her visit. After their approval, a bankers guarantees is need. I do not know how much is the amount.

1st, the 14A form is total rubbish.. its just a everyday process for the ICA officers.. I think there are stacks of 14A forms lying ard the office and they wun even bother to vet thru.. One important factor is that you need to know if your gf is banned from entering Singapore or not.. If yes, you will have to wait till the ban is over..

If no, the only way for you to overturn this problem is to get a date with ROM, and with the letter and your date of solemnization, you send it to your gf and ask her to present this letter to the immigration officer at the counter.. This is the way to GUARANTEE her entry into Sillypore..

I have heard many many similar cases and I was a victim of such discrimination against Vietnamese girls due to the fact that they cant speak up for themselves.. So if you confirm she is the one for you, then you can carry on your ROM process, earliest date should be 3 weeks, get the date, send her the letter and ask her come over..
