I come to learn some VBs even identify their customers based on multi-tier pricing categories. Eg. <150, <300, <500 etc. Besides different level of services VBs can provide, another major factor influencing the pricing is the amount of time and effort they will have to spend with customers. Time is money for VBs so if given a choice they would choose to go with customers that they think would take less time to complete the deal...with minimal effort - easy job mah.

In my opinion, most VBs are lazy in nature and that's why they chosen to be a WL/FL.
