Basically what they say is you must try have 0 first then + 14 days of near 0 then can more or less safely say its ok.

Sg already no incoming visitors so sg case are all local case liao.

The jialat part is there are over 1k of tested positive cases with no sickness. If these 1k mainly FW still not too bad cuz more or less already know where can find their "victim" of wuhan virus. Then all of them must be swab to ensure they are clear.

Beside imposing 300 for 1st time, should take pic and handcuff. Direct send to lock up and put their face on social media to shame them.

Lock up cannot bail out only until covid finish then release let them taste the feeling of being shame and separated from their loves one.

TV CNA says 447 new covid-19 cases in Singapore. Highest number on record. National total confirmed cases is 3699. 4 new clusters identified. 3 are foreign worker dormitories. 234 Balestier Rd is a new cluster. Stay home. Be safe. When outside, put on your mask. Because SG Clean ambassadors kena hamtam, now they don't give chance, fine $300 for 1st offence, 2nd offence fine $1000. Save the money for future expenses. My area bus interchange no more free Wi-Fi. Still got destitute person escape attention of SG Clean and NEA officers. This year is year of the rat, so a lot of hide and seek.
