we reach balai via first ferry from Singapore indo time shld b ard 11am
go villa choose choose then have ur lunch
the gal may already b waiting at ur hotel room door liao
they go back ard 6-8am i guess

so if u r lucky its almost 20hrs for a hundred bucks

if u r juz talking abt fishtank & u dun hv lobang, yes balai villas do provide the best working hrs for the lowest damages
pardon me but i dun cheong oversea much so no exp on places like philippines & cambodia
another place which i hd gone b4 & felt its as competitive as balai is dannok of hatyai thailand
been there quite a few but at least 4-5yrs bk
last time i go the damages is ard 3k baht while the first time i remeber its less than 2.5k baht
most of the time the girls wil followed u once u bk them & return bk ard 9-10am

actually every mongering cities have cheap bonks so long you have lobang...you just need to go and stay longer in each city...really depends on your comfort zone...

I can arrange gal to meet me in hotel when I reach bkk...gal will not leave till I fly off...never pay more than sgd 100 per day...

but when u visit some place first time or once in while, its really depends on ur luck & how much homework done
i dun travel out of singapore or jb much so balai is stil consider near & cheapest compare to the jb joints i frequent
for unfamiliar place i juz depend on friendz recommendation or ask the local drivers
wechat contact is half half chances to me

last i went bkk use wechat to get a gal & end up spending 3k baht for a shot

Balai so far is the best Base on travelling time plus pricing.
Other places might be able to get the same pricing but longer travelling time.
You need to plan early.
There were a few times I sleep halfway then suddenly decided to go in morning.
It's that simple.
