One PRC lady in the backlane quoted me 150 for HJ, 200 for BJ, 300 for FJ and told me this is the normal pricing there. I just smiled and walk away, went to another Viet lady in the same backlane, and got all in 130 for FJ. So not all of the ladies in the backlane charges carrot price.
