1. They lock down estates, towns, villages, cities, provinces and their borders.
2. They don't import virus from high risk countries.

Why still need vaccination?

1. Reduce death
2. Reduce critical symptomatic infection
3. Reduce asymptomatic infection

What will be the new norm eventually?

Once majority of the population can lower critical illness and death from the virus, knowing the hospital system will not be cripple by the virus, only then everything will be back to near norm.

Sadly to say, certain population will be "sacrifice" since the virus will cause them to have critical illness or death even after much effort to prevent them from getting the virus. The best option for these people is to minimize exposure till WHO officially announce the pandemic is over.

Vaccinated tourism or low symptomatic cases per country as bench mark will be key to reopening borders. Asymptomatic will become a norm.

Few possibilities to Sg sex scene once border reopen

1. GL will reopen and work permit of WL will either shorten/lengthen than before.
2. GL will permanently close and hotel/condo vice will increase as border reopen.
3. AV may close one eyes on hotel vice since hotel need to recoup their losses.
4. Massage biz will go down due influx of FL in open market.
5. Boom in KTV/disco/pub scene again.
