plan a workout routine, show up everyday.

forge actual relationships with both guys and girls around you. if any girls become a fwb, that's a bonus.

lastly, do not cut down if you don't want to. especially if you can sustain this lifestyle for a long time. do some planning.

It is very difficult when you are addicted. Maybe you should PCC more so that you don't have bullets and that should also slow you down a little. whenever you saved one trip money, reward yourself with some good food.

I told myself i need to cut down, from 1 month 1 time to 3 months 1 time to 6 months 1 time and now nvr go. Maybe also due to my study loans, thats why i cant really afford to go.
