Hi TS, just read through the entire thread and thumbs up to bros for the concern and advice given. In all truth, I think what you may need is empathy on your predicament. In honest truth, Bros here can advise but all things boils down to you and you alone.
I went down a dark and messy road. Much further than you believe. But now I have picked up and moved on with some philosophies.

1. "Do what makes you happy." If you are considering and seriously thinking about an issue. Then you are not happy because you are bothered by it. If possible, change the issue and make yourself happy. If you cannot change the issue, live with it and be happy. If you cannot be happy or change the issue, then it is time to discard that issue. Life's too short to be really trapped in mindless boggles and needless agendas.

2. "Make picking up and letting go a norm." In life, we face many challenges and problems. In your case, you have picked up something which is bringing you stress and displeasure. Maybe you should look at how you picked it up, where you picked it up and go back there and let it go. Be they challenges or problems, we must all learn to let go if we really cannot handle. Just live and let live.

3. "Advice are for reference, only I know best." All bros have given advice and I agree with most of them. But only you know best what you can and cannot. Take time out and do simple meditation. There are lots of websites available on guides to meditate. Sometimes, what we really want is to find inner peace. Learn to find that inner peace first and hopefully you will see the light to solve your issue.

For me, I am still recovering. And I meditate to find inner peace daily. Then I go cheong when I have the time, money and energy.

Proud chinese heritage my NATURAL BROWN *** if the chinese are so proud why would they throw their china citizenship and come begging on their knees for one that is not??
