i wrote not because i think hmtl is the best, must go. i just thought for all the shit it got as comments in the beginning, that's no help to improve it. and that for this one ktv, at least we got some bro there that maybe can change a bit. (in the end, it's still not up to him la, it's his management to improve)
Of cos I'm not discounting the fact that other bros here are pals with the boss of OY, YH or whatever....

It's ok la, deco normal. Girls sure got gems here and there. But of cos, prices have all went up, and definitely confusing from the days of 258....

Even while we pick our numerous pretty flowers, we have to accommodate the mum's insistence on helping the less pretty ones, so we in a way, all have fun, and spread the wealth. but nowadays much more difficult, can't really find a reason to help pay for a few not so pretty ones that are 400-500 and above....

but you are right, with the same price increase, nothing seem to be spectacularly better than before, hence your frustration, or whatever. I guess if last time we pay 258, now 5,15,20, then we expect much more.
so that aspect we can still push the management to work on, to provide fantastic services....

For me I think price increase is inevitable, but at the rate tat it is increasing, I think many bros find it hard to accept. For sitting fee, the general increased from 200 to 300 is somewhat fair, considering many other cost also increased. Was talking to one of the MM the other day, she mentioned if she were to get 200 for sitting, it is really not worth it for them. She was stating an example to me; 15rmb cab to Huaren to make up, 20 rmb for make up (increased from 15rmb after CNY) 15 rmb to doll up the hair ( increased from 10 rmb), another 15rmb if they put fake lashes, then another 15rmb cab fare to work. After work another 15rmb for cab to return home. With a tip of 200, minus 30rmb mummy fee, the MM only left with 75rmb. Of coz some who do make up on their own or take the bicycle would spend lesser, but generally the girls themselves also affected by the sharp rises in prices.

Interestingly, she also mention her mummy also asked her to join HMTL and she will be the 4/10/16 cat, however she don't dare to go cos she afraid at 1600rmb, lesser customer will bring her out. Even the MMs themselves also feel the price is too high.

I am truly gratified that my appeal has elicited so much thoughtful response and suggestions. And yes, I admit that my "quest" does seem to be rather Quixotic and fanciful but all I am trying to accomplish is for us all to at least beware.

And no, of course I would not think it appropriate to even suggest that everybody must adhere to the 1 girl rule at a KTV for there ARE some quite valid reasons why one would engage more than one at any given time; in fact I must confess that even as late as 3 or so weeks ago, I had sat a second gal when I spotted her AFTER I already made my initial selection - as she just blew me away by her looks and very friendly smile!! These things do happen (amongst other reasons!!) BUT what I am trying to do is to convince most of us to at least "temper" our appetite and to figure out the wider implications of our individual action.

And since there is a representative from HMTL amongst us - for me to express my chagrin AND suggestions.

I am NOT that naive to think that there could be a return to the good ole 2-5-8 days - but I AM hopeful that these price rises accompanied by ever lousier attitude and service could at least be slowed down. I feel strongly that we as a group (and I AM appealing on other boards too FYI), we should at least show these CP practitioners our displeasure at their continued taking advantage of all of us.

And oh sure, there's bound to be amongst us, some whose attitude is "the hell with everybody else, I want my own pleasure so its none of their business" - and that's fine for it IS their own business and if they feel they deserve to be special, well, what can any of us do? Right??!! I just hope those of us - who I'd think would be the majority - would have more sense and at least a bit of consideration for their fellow mongers.....and for themselves actually, for eventually, this trend does affect all of us.

And like I said prior, I have never known anybody who throws money around, act like a Big Swinging Dick to have any better boing than we who are more circumspect and fastidious!

Again thanks to all of you for your sensible posts and comments - which I do believe will aid all our own introspection and examination as to how we individually should and could act in CP in the future.

i have seen so many seniors in the forum always warn the newbies not to overpay and demand for services. However when it comes to them , they always overpaid to ensure the MM likes them . Just last month , i partied with 1 senior in Malaysia forum spending more than RMB8000 in flowers and teddy bears in 1 night just to make sure the MM will go out with him.
