Maybe they could have arrange for some sessions in Singapore 1st before asking to be bring around in HCM.. And i think the self help guide for newbie by H88 is more than sufficient show them around for few days.

There is a menu and you select base on the menu. The menu has English. The girl will pester you to give 500k tips. So your total bill might be 1mil. Go ahead try it once.
