Hatyai,Thailand For Sawadee Newbies

hello,

i just came back from hatyai last monday with a group of friends. we spend a weekend there.
i thought of sharing my experience here as i collected info here before my departure.

we took a coach from golden miles on a friday evening. i believed this period been the school holidays, so do expect delay at the customs and along the way. it took us 16 hours to reach hatyai city to rest our aching backs and asses..

and do book your hotels vouchers in advance, we have a hard time finding enough accommodation for everyone in the same hotel. hatyai was very crowded, a lot of malaysians and singaporens on the streets, the more popular restaurants like gan eng was also full of customers. kiss channel, needless to say, was packed to the brim!!

we had a good time eating, drinking and enjoying the companion of puyings. just remember that to book your tickets, vouchers and everything else in advance to avoid disappointment.

book sakura grand view fr internet i night $50
same girl fr see kim yong 2000 baht(4 days) shampho ktv okt very friendy the girls service are good can try

Everywhere has become expensive in LOS..... Hatyai, Pattaya, Bangkok and Danok the worst of them all. Now I have to budget about 3 times more compared to 5 years ago if I decide to cheong Danok.

My preferred cheonging destinations now is AC, Jakarta and HCM...... value for money

i will follow him there this nov i had be there three or four times last few yrs
hotel only $30 per night KTV whole night only $100 sometime the girl were foll ew u back to hotel FOC

Chickenking, i think the price that u book in sukura is a bit overprice. i think ard S$40 can get a room already. There are cheaper and nice hotel which cost about S$30-35. HCM- Hotel for $30 maybe u just get those budget hotel. and cheonging in HCM i dun think its that cheap unless u knoe where got lobang. Been there once and had a very bad experience. Must check whether the hotel is gals' friendly before u bring a gal back.

my kaki had a old friend who stay HCM more than 15 yrs lasttime he bring us to the KTV was very cheap the whole night we only spend $$100 the tips we give$20 n the girl was v happy somemore one girl follow my friend back to hotel FOC you must go those local people go KTV but the place is quite hard to find they are inside those small lane

nexttime if i go hatyai i will ask the girl to book for me hotel

Cheonging in HCMC in definitely cheaper compared to LOS...... but of course need to do some "homework" before going there otherwise sure kenna carrothead.... and make sure you cheong with samsters whom you are familiar as many so-called "helpful" brudders from this forum are actually okts/tour guides carrying the carrot knife.
