Wow, must go thru a lot of procedures than can marry a foreigner wife. I really must think twice on my current relationship with my viet gal.

Think better you consult a lawyer for better advice, anyway here are the grounds for annulling a marriage.

Non-consummation owing to incapacity
Non-consummation owing to wilful refusal
Lack of consent
Mental illness rendering the person unfit for marriage
Respondent pregnant by another man
Respondent suffering from Communicable Venereal Disease prior to marriage

I only know abt the 1st 2.....the last 2 is news to me

As for PR, maybe just wait till got BB then apply. Better chances also so far I heard.

Gotta get few documents ready for translation @ Surpreme Court (Translation Dept) for future PR Application.

Yes good luck to you bro. Forgot to add if successful must pay S$60 ($20 for visa & $40 for green card)....I'm sure you will pay up happily (Nets no cash).

Yes PR applications once rejected you have to wait six months b4 ICA accept your application for review again. The reason being you can have time to improve on the citeria that you fail (sometimes in rejection letter they will highlight to you) for example not stable or low income.

hi there bros.. i m here to seek yr advise.

currently i have a pinoy gf. we are intending to get married somewhere next year but before that she wants to find a job back here in singapore. her education level is only a diploma back in the philippines. she have come to singapore afew times. and the last time she came back to sg with me she only got 1week social visit pass and was not able to extend as it was a big stamp as she was brought for questioning.. dont know why also.

can i seek employment agency here to get a job for her ?

when she comes here again next year would she be able to apply for work permit?

is there anyway for her to seek employment back here or its better to ROM before proceeding with a job?

Maybe if you dont mind can find sales job at the shops, i mean normal one. recently, when i walk past, the 'This fashion' shop at chinatown area near oriental plaza, kreta ayer rd is looking for sales helper.

yea she dont mind doing salesgal job.. but the thing is.. are the owners of these shops willing to take her in ? cause there is paperwork to be done and its sort of a hassle for them

Check with someone who apply PR b4, the medical checkup is require before the application form is send to ICA or after PR is approved?
