Yes, if you stand across the street from Ritz it will be on the left about 50 meters. Its just a stairwell with a gate. You can't miss it because there will be a ladyboy hanging out behind the gate.

For one maybe 100rm but thats only a guess. The set up is similar to that of rowell road in Singapore. A lockable gate in front of a stairwell that leads up to a room where some of them are living. Room had a bed and tv and things. I never asked about taking one out, but i'm sure you could negotiate it.
