For those using android, can download this free app called "hide it pro". This is a 5 stars rated app on the google play store.

It can be used to hide apps, pictures, videos, messages...etc so that u can't find them on the phone. After hiding, the data can only be viewed from the app.

The best part... even if other ppl accidentally clicked on this "hide it pro" app, they won't suspect a thing as the app is designed to masquerade as an audio manager and u need hidden strokes to access your hidden contents.

I hope this helps as it sure is damn useful to me.

There are a number of ways to do this. Here are 2 of them:

1. If your Iphone is already jailbroken, install SBSettings. Then open it, click on the More icon, look for the 2 options:
a. Hide Icons (this will hide the app icon for Wechat or whichever app you want to hide)
b. Dock Applications (this is to allow you to access the app from the SBSettings dock, or else you can access the app once it's hidden)

2. Install the app "iD JB", and you can hide the app from inside this program.

There are several other apps that can do similar thing, but these are the 2 options I'm using.

Hm... bro i didn't know about that. I have not rooted my HP but "hide it pro" works for me. Have you tried the app?

your iphone must be jailbroken before u can get it via cydia.

Bro, I just tested it out and found that hidding apps requires rooting. I'm sorry for the wrong information provided. Currently, only hidding pics, videos...etc do not requires rooting. I tried out the other feature "lock apps" and it doesn't works too :/

Android 4 allows us to hide application without additional app. My Samsung s 3 in the application page press the left button it have option to hid and unhide apps
