I believe your friend is referring to S Botan Massage. It is located at Rama 6 road, Soi 13. This joint caters almost exclusively to local thais. Very low cost joint.

Couple of years back when I went the cost was THB 800 for full course. Not sure if the price has increased since then but it is one of the lowest cost joints in BKK.

Bro, I suggest if you are a noob and you are planning for a B. night for your friend, just stay in sillypore instead. If you are noob, you won't know what to do, where to go. Even if we print out the entire itinerary for you, also hard for you to follow since you got no head no tails. Locally also got thai discos. GL got thai girls. There are also thai KTV (or similar). So, might as well cheong where you know better.
