$20-$50/1 shot/time limit ranging from 15-30 mins

If I'm not mistaken, multiple hour bookings of certain WLs are available. For instance, a 4 hour session with a WL who charges $40 for a standard session would set you back at $40×8 = $320. In these case, the standard rates are multiplied by 8 since a 4-hour session is comprised of 8 standard sessions.

In general, I would say yes. However, if you are a regular client of a certain WL, she might be more than happy to offer you some form of discount(s). Such discount(s) could either be in the form of no time-watching and/or slight price reductions.
