There is a place called 7pm, pioneer and one more which is considered the best but i forgot the name.
But, you want go to those flower hang places hor, you get literally what you ask: hang flower.
One flower band cost 5k kyat( around 7-8 dollars),there are more expensive ones like 10k ones, usually people ask the waiter to go and hang the flower on their behalf. After the girl performs, she will come and sit with you and then you tcss with her. However, when it comes to her turn to perform again, she will leave you. So the duration you spend with her will depend. I heard if you want to tapau the gal, you can try to offer, but you run the danger of offending them? Because they are not escorts. And, their pricing will be the higher end of the see-saw since they are the "performers".However, if you can really develop chemistry with her, may be you can exchange number with her and stuff.

Be warned, those place plays burmese music at deafening volume with the lead rapper girl or guy persistently buzzing and fizzing in intelligible rapid-fire
Bobby-Soxer mode.

8pm?! U so kanjiong har. 10pm also considered early for me. Crowd & girls start to stream in after 10pm. Only around closed to midnight then go party mood. Similar with many other disco/pubs in Myanmar.

Where massage? U can try asking in simple English. I dunno if it works.
