The fact is that OP was only reposessing the vehicle from SinFulMan who was had "stolen" the car despite the car alarm installed was brand new!

Somemore this SinFulMan go and purposely touch the rear bumper of another car which was in the posession of another driver. That action cause the face change from the gal and give us a bad name. That one still never mind, but when my regular car came in and wanted to park on my parking lot, he also stopped her and touch her bumpers, pulled her and prevent her from parking into her usual parking lot!

Firstly, yes SJG did give you permission to view the car and not to feel the rear bumper and lift up her sport skirting!!
